This event is sure to glow your mind! Step into the mesmerizing darkness of our 𝑽𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒊𝒏’𝒔 𝑻𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝑮𝒍𝒐𝒘 𝑩𝒂𝒍𝒍, where wicked enchantment meets family fun! Join forces with FOUR of your favorite villains as they take over the royal ball for an evening of spellbinding memories that will last a lifetime! For one night only, you’ll have the chance to BOOgie with our Halloween King, Dog Villain, Shadow Man, and Dragon Sorceress
Join us for some Halloween fun this year at the Coronado Civic Center on Sunday, October 29thfrom 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM You and your family will enjoy a spellbinding stage show written by Magic Mirror Entertainment LLC, trick or treat stations, character dining, and so much more! Be there or 𝔹𝕖𝕨𝕒𝕣𝕖
• Event programs will be handed out during check-in for your convenience. Our 90-minute Main Event will include character introductions, refreshments fit for any villain, character dining, live performances, and free play! Guests will have the opportunity to dance, meet characters, trick or treat, and take photos during free play. Guests will be served a light meal at their tables. Food and beverage choices for guests are provided under each ticket option on the website. Guests will place their order when ordering their ticket. A candy station will also be available for guests to get a head start on their trick or treating!
• This event is recommended for children ages 4+. Lap infants do not require a ticket purchase! Due to limited space, we are unable to allow strollers into the venue during this event. However, small, compact carriers are allowed!
• Upon your arrival at the Registration desk, you will be checked in and provided with the event program. VIP guests will also receive a wristband. You must provide a copy of your ticket purchase (printed or digital) at this time!
• Guests are encouraged to wear spooky, semi-formal attire for this event! We do request that guests over the age of 10 do not wear costumes, so as not to spoil the magic for the little ones.
• Guests with dietary restrictions are welcome to bring their own snacks to the event. The food served may contain dairy, gluten, and other potential allergens.
• A professional photographer will be capturing memorable photos of the event and the guests throughout the sessions. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to our sharing of the images captured on our social media pages.
• Refund Policy: Tickets for the Villain’s Takeover Glow Party are nonrefundable. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you can no longer attend, you may try and sell your tickets through Magic Mirror Entertainment LLC (we must broker the transaction). You may also gift your tickets to a friend or relative who is able to attend! If the event is postponed due to local regulations, you will have the option to transfer your ticket to a future event, or you may use the credit towards a private event with us.
• Magic Mirror Entertainment reserves the right to postpone or cancel this event. Any cancellations within our control will be announced no later than one month before the event. Refunds will be distributed to the same payment method the guest used when purchasing their tickets!
• This event, company and staff are in no way affiliated with Disney, Universal, Nickelodeon, or any other nationally known organization. This event was created by Magic Mirror Entertainment LLC with the purpose of providing the families of our communities with a family-friendly event to enjoy together!
