Description
Since 1976, Come on out for the New Smyrna Beach Halloween Parade and Costume Contest on October 31 (when else?) to put your costume-making skills to the ultimate test! The parade begins at 4:00 PM on Canal Street just east of US 1 and the costume contest follows at the east end of Canal Street. Only original costumes will be judged by age category (0- 4, 5-7, 8-11, 12-17, 18+) and by group. Prizes for 1st through 4th place and recycling award in each category.
