Norwoods Treehouse has been a staple in the local community since 1946. Eight years ago, it became an iconic destination when the owners added a treehouse bar, complete with a full dining menu, fresh squeezed cocktails and live music.

This Sunday, February 5th, Norwoods wants to thank the local community for eight years of treehouse memories with a celebration.

All day, in all three bars (yes, that's right, Norwoods has three bars!) there will be drink specials and appetizer specials.

There will also be live music in the Treehouse all afternoon and night.

Norwoods opens at 11:30 a.m. and closes at 10:00 p.m.

The specials for this celebration will feature:

  • $8 Tiki Treehouses (a cocktail comprised of coconut rum, fresh squeezed pineapple juice, fresh squeezed citrus and banana all blended together. This cocktail always remains on the rotating seasonal cocktail menu and is the official drink of the Treehouse).
  • $8 Berried Treasure cocktails (another signature Norwoods cocktail containing fresh squeezed lemon juice, simple syrup, blueberry vodka, citrus vodka and fresh blueberries).
  • $8 Larceny Old Fashions
  • $3 Sweetwater 420s and Stellas
  • $8 Smoked Mahi Mahi Fish Dip served with local lavash crackers and pickled jalapenos
  • $8 Zucchini Bread (made with local zucchini) served warm with whipped local honey butter.
  • $8 Woods Wings fried and tossed in buffalo sauce and topped with bacon rinds, served with blue cheese and celery.
  • $8 Dessert Combo: 1 slice of Key lime pie and a brownie

The bar juicing program and the fact that you can enjoy dinner in a treehouse aren't the only things that are unique about this local gem. The kitchen also makes every item from scratch: from homemade sauces to bacon cured and smoked in-house, Norwoods is a no-waste, eco-friendly restaurant with a green initiative and community commitment. While the Treehouse bar is specifically 21 and older, Norwoods boasts a large dining area with multiple seating options both inside and outside and all are welcome to view the treehouse and take pictures in it. It will be a fun, community-oriented celebration and Norwoods hopes to see you there, this Sunday and all year round!
