Erica Peterson and Melissa Moore, two individuals who have been in the local restaurant scene their entire lives, founded Eternal Roots as a way to combine their love for food with their love for activism. In addition to running their own business, they also help out at Evolve Modern Vegan Kitchen in Daytona. Everything they do is rooted in making vegan food and the vegan lifestyle more accessible to the general public. It is truly a labor of love, and once you receive your first meal, you'll be able to see and taste the quality that comes from that passion.
